Our Food Safety trainers and consultants have all undertaken Food Safety qualifications with Highfield, our awarding body; Highfield is the leading provider of compliance training in this country, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

The courses are fully accredited by Highfield and regulated by Ofqual; the courses are also regularly updated to take into account all changes in current legislation. One less thing for you to worry about which has to be a good thing, right?

We can come to your premises to carry out the training, helping you to keep travel and subsistence costs down. Where this is not feasible, we have venues throughout London that can comfortably accommodate groups of any size.

We currently offer courses in Food Safety for catering, manufacturing, and also retail, at both level two (one day) for staff and level three (three days) for managers and supervisors.

After the course, we can come to your premises to help you set up your Food Safety management system as part of our aftercare package; our goal is that all our clients can proudly display that coveted green sticker in their window that declares a 5 star food hygiene rating.
